1680 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions binding on all users of the 1680 platform. Please read it carefully before using any of our services. By registering or logging in to your account, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the 1680 platform.
These terms take effect from 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions.

1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 1680 platform in any way — including browsing the website, registering an account, or conducting any transaction — you expressly and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 1680 as the platform operator. If you are acting on behalf of an organisation or other entity, you also represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. Users who do not agree with any provision of these terms should immediately cease using the 1680 platform and contact our support team for any further enquiries.
The 1680 platform is exclusively for users aged 18 and above who are legally eligible to participate in online betting and entertainment activities under the laws applicable in Malaysia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 1680 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any account that does not meet these eligibility requirements. 2Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of 1680 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account; multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts. During registration, you must provide your full name, a valid email address, phone number, and any other information required for identity verification purposes. 1680 reserves the right to carry out identity checks at any stage of platform use to safeguard system integrity and the security of all users.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activities that occur under your account. Choose your password carefully and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the 1680 support team immediately. 1680 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available for added protection.
3User Responsibilities
As a user of the 1680 platform, you agree to use our services responsibly, ethically, and in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. You are not permitted to use this platform for any unlawful purpose, fraudulent activity, or any action that could harm other users or the integrity of the 1680 platform. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, or use automated software without written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Users are also responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited into their accounts originate from legitimate and lawful sources.
You agree not to use the 1680 platform for any money laundering, terrorism financing, or other criminal activities. 4Platform Usage Rules

5Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 1680 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) and are subject to the minimum and maximum deposit limits set from time to time. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and that all payment information provided is accurate and valid. 1680 supports a range of secure and widely used payment methods in Malaysia, including online bank transfers, local e-wallets, and other approved options. Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account within the timeframe stipulated for the chosen payment method.
Withdrawals from a 1680 account can only be made to the same payment method or bank account that was registered and verified under the same user's name. All withdrawal requests are subject to security checks and identity verification procedures, which may require supporting documents. 1680 reserves the right to place a hold on any suspicious withdrawal requests pending investigation, in order to protect the security of user funds. Any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment service providers are the user's responsibility and will be disclosed before the transaction is confirmed. If a withdrawal is declined or fails, the funds will be returned to the user's account balance, and users are advised to contact 1680 support for further assistance.
6Limitation of Liability
The 1680 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. 1680 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, or business opportunities. Technical disruptions, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond 1680's control that result in platform unavailability do not entitle users to claim compensation in any form. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of any planned maintenance, though this cannot always be guaranteed in emergency situations.
1680's total aggregate liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of the user's account balance held on the platform at the time the claim is made. Users agree to release and indemnify 1680 from all claims, losses, and expenses arising from the user's own breach of these terms. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted under applicable Malaysian law.
7Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
1680 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time and for reasonable cause, including but not limited to breaches of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, the use of multiple accounts, or failure to comply with requested identity verification procedures. Users whose accounts are suspended will be notified by email and given the opportunity to submit an appeal within the specified timeframe. During the suspension period, users are not permitted to access their account, make deposits, withdraw funds, or participate in any gaming activities on the 1680 platform. All final decisions regarding account suspension or closure are subject to the absolute discretion of 1680 management.
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be subject to review and could be withheld while an investigation is conducted. For accounts closed voluntarily by the user, all valid balances will be processed for withdrawal within the standard timeframe once the required security checks are complete. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact the 1680 support team and follow the established account closure procedure. Once an account is closed, all user data will be handled in accordance with the 1680 Privacy Policy then in force.
8Intellectual Property
All content on the 1680 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the exclusive property of 1680 or our licensors and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The trade name "1680" and all associated logos are registered trademarks and may not be used without explicit written permission from management. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 1680 platform solely for legitimate personal entertainment purposes. Any use of platform content beyond the scope of this limited licence, including reproduction for commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited.
Any user who submits reviews, suggestions, or feedback to 1680 agrees to grant 1680 a licence to use such material without any compensation. 1680 respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and will respond to any properly submitted copyright infringement notices in accordance with established procedures.
9Third-Party Links

Continued use of the 1680 platform following the publication of any changes to the terms will be deemed as the user's acceptance of those changes. We recommend that users bookmark this page and review it at least once every three months to stay up to date with the latest terms in effect.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, referred to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malaysia. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The official language for the interpretation of these terms is Bahasa Melayu, although translated versions may be provided for convenience.
